Our team helps you pick the right motor, gearhead, encoder, and controller combination for your application. We do not engineer the drive ourselves. We consult on selection and coordinate the engineering with maxon's product specialists in Sachseln when a configuration warrants it.
DNH has direct access to maxon's full technical library, online configurator, and engineering team. Queries are answered against the manufacturer's own data and routed to maxon specialists when required.
Warranty for maxon products supplied through DNH is governed by maxon's standard terms and conditions. DNH is your local point of contact: we open the claim, route it to maxon, and follow it through to resolution so you do not deal with an offshore returns desk on your own.
